Inventor Mesh Enabler App Installed Under Tools But Not Functioning

Hi! Having some trouble with Mesh Enabler. I installed it, it shows up in the App Manager under tools, but is not functioning. Did I miss a step?

Is it loaded.

Check Tools -> Add-ins

I haven't installed Mesh Enabler.
