Hi! The hardware looks very nice. You should not encounter performance issues unless you are working on ultra large assembly (> 50K components).

Please describe the exact poor performance behavior. Make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and graphics driver is updated. Also, the machine runs Inventor on the dedicated graphics card.

If it is about file open slow (double-clicking), it may be related to a Windows update. See more detail in the following thread. You may need to uninstall the specific KB to avoid the issue for now (before a fix is provided).
