Inventor interface unusually large

I have used Inventor Professional 2014 a few times before, but in my recent installation the interface seems unusually large.  The tool bar at the top of the screen takes up a good two inches and the tool icons seem enlarged and pixelated. My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. Is it possible to shrink the top bar?  Is this a problem resolved in newer versions of Inventor? Thanks in advance.

Can I ask the obvious, did you RMB on the ribbon and try change the settings? If not, give that a crack.

I tried scaling the interface with the right-click menu, but on every setting the icons still seem unusually blurry.  Although this does fix the size.  I attached an image of the interface. It is a subtle difference, and I suppose it doesn't really matter. It's just slightly odd.

In Control Panel\System and Security\System > Advanced System Settings > Advanced Tab > Performance > Settings

change over to “Adjust for best performance” and see if it’s better:

Adjusting for performance made the text sharp, but did not effect the icons.

Do they look better to you if you use Amber rather than Cobalt scheme?

I tried changing the color theme, and the problem still remains.  However, I did find an image of what the interface icons should look like.  Look at the attached image.  On the left is the way I expect it to look, and on the right is how it looks on my screen.

Things to try.

Try and reset the ribbon, using the right click.

Check screen resolution, maybe something changed.

Check display drivers.

Try and take Inventor off "Full screen" see if the icons change.

Maybe its a windows trying something, What OS are you running, there might be some method of scaling for easier viewing?

Finally I did find the solution.  It was the Windows Custom Text Size (DPI) setting (which apparently changes more than just the text size).  Control Panel --> Appearance and Personalization --> Display.  I had this setting set to Medium-125%.  Setting it to Smaller-100% fixed the problem.

I am having a similar issue where everything is super big an low resolution (see below) to the point where the software is unusable. I have tried a couple of the solutions in this thread without success. Could someone help me on this?
