Inventor Frame Problem

I'm trying to make a chair frame but Inventor won't let me insert a frame on a part file.

Hi! The error message indicates that Inventor has trouble locating the frame definitions stored in the content center. There are two places to check. Go to Tools -> Application Options -> Content Center. Are the settings there correct? Next place to check is the Project setting. Go to Project dialog -> click on the Content Center Configure button on the right-hand-side -> is there any CC library included? Could you insert any CC part to an assembly?
