Inventor duplicate dimension tracking in drawing?

hi all, 

 i am wondering is there any way to check the duplicate dimension in the drawing?

here is the situation:-

i am using the break command in the drawing to make the part shorter.what i noticed that after breakout some dimensions get diminished. so how to make sure that is there any duplicate dimensions so that in future there will be no confusion while editing same part?

There is no functionality that checks for duplicate dimensioning in the drawing.

You could write an iLogic program that might be able to do this for you.  Also, if you dimension your part sketches to show design intent, then you can input the dimensions from the model knowing there is no duplicates.  Because the model sketches will not allow you to duplicate dimensions without making them reference.  It will prompt you if you try to duplicate.
