Inventor does not launch after Windows 11 update

Hello,

Company IT recently forced Windows 11 onto us and after the update, Inventor Pro 2023 no longer opens. Inventor shows up in the task manager, but it never actually does anything. I've reinstalled Inventor and it didn't change anything either. I also updated all Autodesk applications through the Autodesk Access program, but this hasn't helped. 

If anyone has experienced this or a similar issue, please let me know if you were able to fix it and how.
