When creating a drawing in Inventor, how do I set the default dimension (and leader note) text height so it doesn't change?

First the information I'm providing to you should be done in your Inventor (drawing) template..  Smiley Wink

Under Manage/Styles Editor..  Define your dimension styles and then under Object Defaults, change the filter to dimensions and define your style to the dimension annotations.

Also because I don't like changing the out of box styles in my template and causing a styles conflict between the drawing and the information in the design data..  This is how I would recommend setting of your styles in your drawing (https://synergiscadblog.com/2015/10/20/avoiding-style-conflicts-completely-inventor-drawings/)
