Inventor Custom .idw Drawing Template Title Block Alignment Position

Hi All, 

Please see attached pics.. Im having trouble aligning the title block up with the correct position on the sheet. 

Inventor Drg 1 shows the position of the title block when im in 'edit title block' mode. 

Inventor Drg 2 shows the position of the title block when i come out of 'edit title block' mode. 

Im not sure why the title block is being placed up there, because when in edit view it shows the title block sitting at the bottom of the sheet. 

What am i doing wrong?

In the 2nd image what is the green blip in the upper right hand corner of your drawing next to the border?  Are you 100% sure there's no geometry sitting out in space below the right hand side of your titleblock?  

Its not in the first image so it must be part of your titleblock definition.  Also for the future use the photo's icon in the toolbar instead of attaching your images.

@Anonymous were you able to inspect the title block and find anything causing your issues?

Inventor drawing title blocks normally will nest into the desired corner of the border line of the drawing.  From you pictures, I do not see a border in the non-editing view.  Add a border first, then add the title block and see if that corrects your issue.  You can of course, determine the location of the title block using the "Edit Sheet" command.
