inventor crash

hi my problem seems to be a common one but still i couldnt find the solution.

i have PDS ultimate 2015.

After installation when i start Inv than home screen comes, it is fine till here but when i select a new part than it crashes.

i have tried some solutions which i saw in various posts but inv still not working.

i tried-

1- disable antivirous and reinstall

2-service pack 1 install

3-home screen at startup uncheck

what else could i try.

how can i see the log file genereated by this error.

Were you logged in with Administrative Privileges when in installed PDS Ultimate?

System spec's would help as well.

i did right click on setup and run as administrator. and system is

intel core i7-4770 cpu @3.40Ghz Ram 16 GB 64 bit windows 7 ultimate 64bit 2gb nvidia gt 610.
