I've just installed Inventor 2022, using a student licence. When I launch the desktop app, I'm presented with three login options, the one I need to use is 'Sign in with Autodesk ID', since I don't have a serial number or network licence. I'm just a student trying to use inventor for the first time for college, at home on my laptop. Very similar situation to this post here: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/inventor-closes-when-sign-in-with-autodesk-id/m-p/1029...
When I select 'Sign in with Autodesk ID', it closes immediately. Some things I've tried to fix this, to no avail:
- Downloaded and installed the latest Autodesk Single Sign On Component update.
- Restarted the 'AdskLicensingService' from the task manager
- Downloaded the latest update for Inventor 2022, though I guess my fresh install should already be up-to-date
- Restarted my PC, no updates for win10 were available.
- Used the Reset Utility Tool
- Confirmed multiple times that I do in fact have a student license for this software (I do, had to submit my transcript)
I've done all of this multiple times, in every order I can think of. It changes nothing. Am I out of luck?
