Inventor cannot Emboss correct font

Hi Guys,

I have to emboss the sanchse bold font.

This font has installed.

However after embossing, the font changed back to default...

Can anyone help me? Thanks

Hi! The behavior is wrong. Have you installed 2019.4 update? I vaguely remember there was a bug fix for this but I could be wrong as usual. Please share the file here so forum experts can take a look.
