Inventor 'Bumper' Constraints in Assembly

Since the newest update, INV2021 is assuming I want some kind of assembly constraint I have never seen before (I'm calling them Bumper constraints, but really it's some kind of anti-interference constraint).  I can't identify the OFF button. It is beyond annoying to try to move a part around in an assembly by dragging, only to find that it won't move past another part.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Has there been a description of this so-called benefit added to the forums?

Hi! I suspect you have Contact Solver turned on. Go to Inspect tab -> depress Contact Solver button. Also, in the model browser, look for blue&white bar icons with a circle in the back. Right-click on it -> uncheck Contact Set.
