OK, I'm getting nitpicky here. But if the top line in the sort box says, "Most relevant", doesn't it logically conclude that the next one down should be, "Most recent", like it used to be before they "improved" the app store? Who uses "Recency"?!? It's not even obvious that it means most recent, maybe it means least recent.
