Inventor Animation - Render Animation dialog box aspect ratio wrong ??

Hi there

I am using Inventor 2019 and trying to render an animation using it. Everything is set. The constraints are working they are supposed to work, cameras are all set up but I cannot for the life of me figure out the last step. I have watched several videos on youtube to see if other people are having some issues but there is no clear answer. Looks likes its just me.

When I am trying to use the "Render Animation" dialog box, under the General Tab I am selecting 1920 X 1080 as my video resolution. There is a rectangular box appearing in my main model window showing the bounds of the aspect ratio I have just selected. But this window does not cover the entire model.  Even if I select 4000 X 4000 resolution (the max the inventor can handle) the bounding box is still smaller. As a result, the video output cannot cover all the parts of the model animation.

Is it my Hardware? I am running an i7, 8GB RAM, and a dedicated graphics card.

When you use cameras, what you see in the rendering is controlled by those camera settings - not what you see in the viewport.  So that rectangular box is showing you what your camera is looking at.  The aspect ratio will be bounded within that camera frame instead of your screen view port.

As an experiment, right click your camera1, and click "set view to camera", your view will update to what the camera is looking at - chances are, your viewport will be similar to the rectangle you are asking about.

If that holds true, then you will need to edit your camera to have a wider field of view, or move it further back.
