NO. This is simply a ready-made page with information before the installer is released to the public.
First you need to prepare all the resources and brochures, and then only the product.
This is normal workflow.

Hi! No, there will not be functional change. A serious regression was found on non-English versions (Language Packs). We had to pull down the update and rebuild it.

Hi everyone, 2025.1 went live today and you should start to see it appearing in your account soon. 

If it's not in your Autodesk Access you should be able to find it in the manage.autodesk.com portal.
