Inventor 2023 not opening

Hi 

I was working in inventor as usually and it was worked fine. My computer suddenly frozen. So I restarted the PC and tried to open the inventor. It not opening and showing following message.

I checked internet is working fine, after that I rebooted the PC.

I reset the inventor also. I am using 2023.

Open Autodesk Desktop Manager, and check if you need to update the licensing service.

I have checked and everything is up to date. After 1 hour inventor started to work? Is it usual in inventor?

Hi!

Could be connection difficulties between your machine and Autodesk servers to check the user.

Is not common, but...

Do you reboot your PC? Sometimes it does the trick...

Hope now, after checking the user, things can work better.
