I have problem wiht this part every time I close and reopen the part.  The lofts are broken, It looks like the loft didn't recognize the sketches when using diferent models in model states.

Originaly created in previous version of Inventor all worked with no problem.

Hello.

The first thing I noticed was that you have an unconstrained 3d Sketch. Perhaps fully constraining this may help.

Model states at the part level are still somewhat buggy, I have found.

Changing projected geometry points to locked constraint instead did make some features work better for me, but still not perfectly.
You may wish to try opening the sketches and pressing F8, selecting points that are constrained as "Projected" and deleting that constraint, then simply adding a "lock" constraint to them instead. You can then switch between model states and see the difference in less errors found.

Hi Folks,

I took a quick look at the model. I see the issue now. The problem here is due to profile definitions when parameters change. The Loft profiles might be different. The pair that work in one Model State may not work in other Model States.

Instead of using multiple-loop profiles, I will simplify the sketches be single-loop profiles. This will make the profile definitions more robust and Loft computes more stable. The inner Loft cut can be taken care by Shell.
Many thanks!
