Inventor 2022 Model States -

When I try to suppress a feature in Model States, I received the error message below. 

I have no idea of the relevance of suppressing a feature and no help available error message.

I just select okay and keep working.

Install latest updates..... seems like a small glitch that hopefully is fixed in 2022.2.2 by now.

 

I think your Inventor simply did not retrieve the right prompt text that should come up at this situation. Mine (2022.2) prompts like this when suppressing:

The above "Lean More" link sends you to this location below, and probably this glitch could not find the stored info in your installation directories:

I guess you could try to repair your Inventor install, but again, just updating Inventor to the latest patch might be the best path.

Thanks for the quick response.

I am running IV2022.2.2, so no update at the moment.

 

What I did find is related to the local offline help. If I select the online help, I do not have the issue.

I tried reloading the offline help and still have the same results.

 

Again, I am not trying to use the help function, the pop up error message is just the result of suppressing a feature.
