Inventor 2022 Model & Dwg's, View, Half Section does not cut model on cutting plane and is off set. When is Autodesk going to fix this issue. This has been going on for 6 months. Issue is in 2023 also.

Sorry about that.

 

I see what you mean, but you have to zoom in very far, right ?

When I have my view like the image above and I turn off and on section view its fine again.

Could maybe be a display issue.

 

Will see what the experts say.

This follows thru to the drawing.
It is off by 0.10 and it varies when cutting thru different parts, sometimes more some times less.

Hi! Yes, there is indeed a small gap between the graphics section and the offset workplane. I guess it is approximated for performance purpose. Here is what I find.

1) Go to Tools -> App Options -> Hardware -> Quality.

2) Do Rebuild All. You will see the gap becomes smaller.

3) Repeat step2.

It will get even smaller.
