Inventor 2021 - Translation report, Application option setting, does not work

Hi

Just installed Inventor 2021, and the latest update 2021.3.
I've already adjusted the application options, to fit my needs.
On the "Save" tap, inside Application options. there is a drop-down menu, with choices regarding translation reports.
I set the option to "Do not create translation report".

But Inventor does not care... It creates them anyway.
So I have these 3rd party HTML files, every time I import a non-native CAD file.

It worked in Inventor 2018, which is the version we last used.

Can anyone help to fix this very annoying, non-working application option?

Hi! I am on Inventor 2021.3. I tried importing a STEP file with "Do not create translation report." I could not reproduce the behavior. What format did you import? Is it specific to a file?

This is kind of weird. 
I tried many times yesterday, with several files.
All with the same result. I could not make any translations from any version of step (203, 214, 242)  file, without a translation report in the top of the newly created file.

Today, everything is fine.

im sorry to bother the forum, with this.
It must have been a glitch, that disappereared when restarting the computer.
