I have 3 options for 14 GA materials in my library, and I'm only using 14GA 304SS#2 in my part files for this assembly.  When I create my nesting study, it shows all 3 options being used vs. the one I selected in my Sheet Metal Defaults.

Is there a way to fix this without deleting the two other options?

@Cris_Davis

please try to use Move up command to make the packaging you want to use as the 1st row in the Used table. then it will use that packaging and ignore others. because you see the QTY is infinite, as snapshot.

plus, if you want to use other packaging, you'd have to change the qty to other value instead of infinite.

hope it helps.

I found the solution that works for me.

I separated #2 and & 3 as different Materials.

I changed the material thickness by .0001 and added decimal thickness to the description.
