inventor 2020 installation problem

I have problem with installing inventor. I am using student licence. Although I download the program, there is an error. how can fix this?

First I installed autocad and then I tried to install inventor.

You spend the time to cross out your user name in the image but never did anything regarding the assigned student serial # in the image.   Make sure to blur out all sensitive info since this is a world wide public user forum.  I will have the  moderator remove or blur out your info.

In addition installation of Autodesk product needs to be posted in the installation and licensing forum https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/bd-p/24 for best results.  I will also have the moderator relocate your posting there.

If that doesn't resolve the issue create a new user account with admin rights and install using that account.

A couple of additional items.

• You are using the web installer.  Don't...  There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine.  Please review this article and the solution it provides.\
