Inventor 2019 hangs when I want to save an analysis report in an rtf document

I have the following problem:

mine in Inventor 2019 always hangs when I want to save an analysis report in an rtf document,

(Word 2016 is installed)

I'm wondering if you have a dialog off the screen.  When it hangs do the following

ALT+Spacebar

M key

LEFT or RIGHT arrow key

Move mouse..  Is there something trapped to cursor?
