Inventor 2019 files won't stick to the recent documents section

I'm currently transferring my documents from fusion 360, using the export in IPT function. and I have a preference to place the files on a second drive in their own project folders, so I made a path to: (D:\inventor files\project\file) and copied the files over.

However, when I'm in the recent files window and I open the files, they don't stick to the unpinned section when I close again.

any clues.....

So in trying to get them to stick to the unpinned section, I've been opening them in one go, Sometimes this crashes, and I lose them.  One thing I noticed is that the project files get copied to the main inventor folder in the Documents folder, making for two project files of the same name, this maybe means that on the second opening I am opening the one in the documents which doesn't have the files in it...

Hi! I vaguely remember there as an issue like this on 2019. But, I am not 100% positive. Please make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and .Net 4.7 is enabled. Installed Inventor 2019.4 update followed by 2019.4.9 update.

Please report back the findings.

Many thanks!

Yeah. the updates finished but it seems that it still behaves the same way...

It is funny ti seems that it is intermittent and some of the files will stick if it is pinned....
