Inventor 2018: Frame Generator parts have different weights

I am having problems with frame generator (2018 pro) 

In numerous cases I have beams which are notched (exact same features) but some have a slightly different weight to others. I have to override the parts list otherwise 'varies' is displayed. Is anyone else experiencing this issue.

I was going to say that the top 5-6 were probably because of roundup being on the fence and so close, but the last couple at 223 I have not idea.  You say they are all identical with no added features that could possible make them different.  Any custom parts in this assembly?

Hi! I have seen this behavior before. Indeed, the frame members could have slight deviation in length and weight. It has something to do with the frame member orientations, the kind of end treatments, and the internal tolerance of 3D Sketch.

No custom parts. Exact same notching features. Skeletal sketches are identical. Think it must be a bug

The value you have highlighted that is slightly different is a custom property in the BOM. it is not driven by the model properties. The Lengths of the times are itdentical (as per the part name) but for some reason the weights differ. so frustrating
