Inventor 2018: Converting Mesh with Mesh Enabler to Solid Issue

I've been trying to work with meshes recently.

I would use the AutoCAD format but I cannot find any.

Right now, I'm using Mesh Enabler for Inventor, which should convert a mesh into a solid, but it is converting to something else (See attached screenshot).

I am trying to turn it into a solid so I can customize it by adding some holes, but I cannot do so because it isn't solid.

The original file is: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31056/files

Any help would be appreciated

Hi! Mesh Enabler converts mesh to composite surface body. You will need to use Stitch command to turn it into a solid, assuming the mesh is water-tight.

Many thanks!
