Inventor 2018 Bug: 3D Spline RMB Right Click Menu Does Not Work Cannot Create

When trying to draw a spline in a 3D sketch in inventor 2018 the buttons in the right click menu do not work. This makes it impossible to create the spline you are working on or access any of the other features on the circular menu around your right click.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
