Inventor 2017 view cube and view toolbar showing up blank (Graphics problem?)

Hey guys,

I have recently installed Inventor on a students computer.  There seems to be a problem with a layer of the program not showing up.  The view tools on the right are showing up blank as shown in the picture I have uploaded.  Also if I try to "show all constraints"they come up blank as well.

What can be done to solve this problem?  I have installed it on 48 other computers that have the same specification and none of them had this problem.

Looks like a graphic card issue.
What does it do when you change the graphic settings of you video card?

Go into Application Options > Hardware and make sure either Quality or Performace is checked (it may be that neither is selected)

yep.. graphics card issue..

Usually updating the graphics card driver to the latest version from the manufacturers site solves the problem.
