Inventor 19 and 3Ds Max 18

Can Inventor 2019 models be rendered in 3Ds Max 2018?

@jrframe

Direct models of Inventor, I don't believe so (but I could be wrong).   You could export to other supported file types that 3DS Max could import.

Update:  Clarification....

I believe 3DS Max has to be the same version as the Inventor model or newer.

Hi! I believe you can export it to sat, step, or stl/obj from Inventor 2019. 3D Max 2018 should be able to import the files.

Many thanks!
