Please see the attached image, I couldn't pick the intersection points for dimensioning .
I am using inventor 2020.

Intersection points in curved / arc lines
Inventor cannot do intersection dimensions unless both intersecting elements are lines. In your image, it appears that all are curves.
The workaround is to create a view sketch, project the curves, and create an intersection point and the extension curves to your specifications. Done properly, this will be associative and adjust with dimensional changes to the model, but it's tedious work, especially if you have more than one or two of them to do.
Search in the Inventor Ideas forum. I've contributed one, there are probably others. Add your support, then make a noise in this forum to encourage others to add their support.
