I believe you are talking about a Prompted Entry title block. This is by far the most inefficient method of entering data into an Inventor drawing title block because you have to fill it in manually for every drawing created by the template containing this type of title block. You would rather use a title block which is populated by model or drawing iProperties so it is filled in automatically by the iProperties. No matter what you created, do it in your Inventor templates so it will be available for all new drawings. I have created a simple title block with Prompted Entry in a screencast.
