Instance name to match file name

Is there any way to get the instance name of a part or an assembly to match the file name by default?

What version of Inventor?

There is the rename browser nodes function.. (may have been added in 2016 and forward)

I use the Rename Browser Nodes function all the time. It has 1 drastic problem, it tries to process Released files also. This causes major headaches with dirty (touched) files. I have asked the developer to include a filter to NOT process Released files. 2 years on and the problem still exists.
