Incorrect Flat Pattern, but can Unfold Part

Hello, I am having trouble with a sheet metal part I made. 

In summary, the flat pattern feature is only unfolding one flange. However, when I unfold the component manually I get the desired result.  See attachments for reference. 

Any suggestions how to troubleshoot? I have set my sheet metal defaults.

And how can anyone troubleshoot the part with the actual part? Please attached the part too.

Hi! Like Igor said, please attach the part (file zip) here. But, I believe I have seen this behavior before. This is probably because the flat pattern requires multiple steps to unfold. In general, Inventor Flat Pattern works like one step operation. Your multiple Unfold features confirm my suspicion. Try this. Instead of using multiple Unfold features, use one and try to unfold all bends. I bet it will not work either.
