We have recently transitioned from Inventor 2019 to 2023.
In 2023, we have encountered issues with the display of the model, specifically when working with pointclouds.
In 2019, if you drew a solid over the points of the point cloud, the points would no longer be visible (which is expected and logical). However, in 2023, depending on the viewing angle, the points of the cloud remain visible despite the solid covering them. This makes it challenging to determine whether there is interference between the point cloud and a solid. Please refer to the attached images for clarification.
