An assembly must include parts.

In Inventor parts are in the form of *.ipt files.

 

Can you Attach the original STEP file here?

If I had more time to spend fixing all the duplicate items I may be able to get you the complete motor. You have the cap end and the flange mounting end along with the junction box. 

It should get you by until you can find a motor that is modeled better.
