IGS Scan To Solid With Dimensions For 3D Printing

I plan on having a part scanned and was told that it will be in the form of a IGS file. I attached a demo part for reference. What I want to be able to do is take this IGS file and make edits to it so that I can 3D print a new version of it.

I'm somewhat new to Inventor 2017 and would like any suggestions in being able to accomplish this.

Also does anyone have any recommendations for scanning services as well as 3D printing services that I can use? I want to try and get the best scan with as much detail. I'm not sure if having dimensions come with the scan is possible but it would make it easier when I go to edit the part.

The file that you attached does not appear to be a scanned part to me?

Here is the 20-40 cross section curves in .IGS format that represent XZ, YZ, and XZ cross sections.

You can do it like that. I wouldn't recommend placing lofts through all these sections. Unfortunately the scan wasn't placed well versus the origin planes.

2016 file attached, some additional fillets left to do.
