IDW Draw Order

I have a Sketched Symbol consisting of an inserted image.  I want to place a Drawing View on top of it but I am unable to get the Sketched Symbol in the background thus blocks the Drawing View.  How can I control draw order as done with raster files in AutoCAD?

There isn't a "bring to front",etc.. ability like in Autocad..

What are you trying to accomplish.. Maybe there is a better way... Pics would help

Do it in AutoCAD would be the solution, then.
