For angular dimensions, I would like to express them in two lines.

Hi! Edit the angular dimension -> Precision and Tolerance -> Deviation. Is it what you are looking for?

I wonder if Angle Dimensions is also possible like Linear, Diameter and Radius options as in the picture below.

Hi! Unfortunately, I am not aware of such option. I guess AutoCAD may allow it. If you like AutoCAD's drafting workflows, you still can create associative drawing views to Inventor components in AutoCAD. The command is called VIEWBASE. Then you will be able to leverage the comprehensive AutoCAD drafting tools to annotate the views.
