For a test.. Can you define a different starting point for the 2nd icopy instance and not on top of the first icopy instance.

Is the problem only related to assembly 2 or if you did 2 icopy instances of assembly 1 it would do the same?
What version of Inventor 2016 do you have? Help/About?

The problem with iCopy.. Not to many use it. Its hard to decipher by watching a video/screencast. iCopy has its pros and cons. If you have a reseller I would suggest that you contact them. Perhaps its a bug (paging @johnsonshiue)

thanks Mark, working that as well...
Hi! As far as I can tell, iCopy is pretty sensitive to the vertex picking order. It is because it uses adaptive sketch solve to figure out how the frame members should be placed. Change in picking order can lead to different result. Could you send me the files so I can take a closer look (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com)?
Many thanks!
