The icons for Inventor 2016 (not the ribbon icons) are way too small to use easily on my 13.5" Surface Book, which has a resolution of 3000x2000. Just take a look at the minimize and exit buttons compared to the rest of the screen. Also the "I" in the top left corner and the broswer icons to the left of each item are tiny. It's usable, but quite inconvenient to say the least.
Icon Size
Pretty common, a number of Inventor items are Pixel Size, so going to a hi-res small view screen monitor will cause this. Traditional, to get a 3000 x 2000 monitor, you would have a desktop monitor of at least 30". This would allow the icon to look decent.
