So, I'm a college student and i'm making a simple engine design, to make the piston rods I am in need of using the design accelerator to make the bolted connection between the upper part of the rod (The one that connects with the crankshaft) and the rod itself, but there is the thing! when I try to make the bolted connection, it simply tells me this:
Failed to insert component
Failed to insert all upper components of bolted connection ~(I DON'T EVEN USED UPPER COMPONENTS WHYYYY)
At first I thought that it might be a location problem idk, but even when I try to connect single plain 10mm sheets it gives me the same message! So I had to model the bolts myself (yes, thank you design accelerator), but now I have to improve the engine again and this time it would be very convenient if the feature that came with the software works, you know, the kind of thing you expect considering the quality and the price of it. Anyways, thanks for reading, my system info is:
Windows 10 Home 64 bit - 8GB RAM - NVIDIA GTX 1050 - I5 7300HQ
Autodesk Inventor 2018
