How to show hidden line of feature in drawing

Is there any way I can show the hidden line of feature 1 without showing hidden line of feature 2?

I know how to show all and hide line of feature 2 (For parts with hundreds of features, this is not a good idea).

I mean is there a direct way to do it?

Hi! There is a hacky workflow to do that. Turn on the Hidden Line display in the drawing view. Right-click on the feature of interest in the browser -> Select As Edges -> move the cursor to the selected edges in the drawing -> right-click -> uncheck Visible.

Many thanks!

Thanks but that's not what I want,

I want the direct way to show the outline of feature 1, not the indirect way to show the outline of both features and hide the outline of feature 2.

I think currently Inventor still doesn't have a way to show the outline directly. But still asking to see if there is any tip or trick.

Hi,

Could you create a model states with feature 1 & 2 suppressed, and then use the model state to get the view that you need?
