How to setup a new single user project file after doing a 'Pack & go' from a vault project file ?

I use Inventor 2022 along with Vault Professional 2022. I need to do a pack and go of an assembly file to a shared folder, let's say a sharepoint folder. This is done to ensure another user who would not have access to vault can use this file. When I do pack and go, I see Inventor creates a new single user project file with the same name as the assembly file from which I did pack and go. But my colleague is unable to use this project file to view my files. He gets error messages saying some .xml files are missing. I tried to do the pack and go without skipping libraries, styles, templates, but I still get this problem.

How do I set a single user project file that works? I also need access to all of my drawing, part, assembly, .ipn templates (that I use in vault project).

Can you Attach zip example of a P&G here that returns this error?

The Inventor pack and go is slightly different than Vault's pack and go. You could try generating a Vault pack and go for the project and blend the resulting folders with whatever Inventor PnG folders you got from the Inventor side. Don't create the PnGs as a ZIP so this process will be easier. Also make sure your external user is using the same version of Inventor as yours (and the files in the PnG).
