How to remove right click menu?

Whenever I right click a folder I get this menu.

Combined with a few other things that have been added to my right click menu by other programs the right click menu has gotten rather long. I never use this menu so I'd like to just remove it if possible. Thanks!

It's possible to check into Registry to remove context menu which should be located as context menu of windows area.

I had tried editing the registry myself before and got rid of some of it. I however the two links you posted and on the first one I found the program called MenuMaid. Found a item called InventorView. Disabled it and it was gone. No restarting required. Thanks!
