How to Reduce distance in Angular Dimension.

Please someone advice how to reduce the distance between angular dimension and vertex point.

After certain point i cannot bring the angular dimension close to vertex point but angular dimension locks its position.

Is there any setting to reduce the distance.

Its kind of hard coded/fixed based on your dimension style in general..

You need to start shrinking stuff like the size of the arrows (terminator in Inventor style) and the dimension font size to get it any closer.. 

But that effects all types of dimensions and not just angular dimensions..
