Not exactly sure what you are wanting..

But simply double clicking on a dimension after placement will bring up the "Edit Dimension" box and you can simply type in whatever you want

Not exactly sure what you are wanting..

@elevet  To get the text above the line you probably want to update the Dimension Text style here:snip1.JPG

 

Update the single line text location using the button circled in blue and the multi line text in red.
