Hi,

Please see the image below, the item 1 is original components and 10 is mirror of item 1 see image below.

and see the BOM in the second image. How I can get rid of item 10 in BOM and make Item 1's QTY as 4.

Are they actually the same part?  Then you should have chosen to re-use that part in the Mirror dialog.  If they're not the same part, then you need to have two separate part numbers.

If you're just trying to get the job done in a hurry and promise that you'll fix it later, then all you need to do is make the part number iProperty the same, and they will be merged together.

Unsolicited suggestion: move the arrows of your balloons so it's clearer what they're pointing to.  1, 3, 10 and 11 could all be pointing to somewhere in the middle of those tubes which would make them absolutely unambiguous.

Have item 1 and item 10 have the same part number (and in your Assembly BOM, make sure to merge rows/like part number): https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2018...

If the parts are identical, but one is not orientated correctly, then you have to constrain it or modify existing constraints to get the correct orientation.
