How to make this feature?

Hi everyone,

In the attached images is a feature that I don't know the name of, I would like to know how to create this?

I thought of using loft and the radius command but I am not sure if this would work. If someone could please explain/illustrate how to do this, I would really appreciate it.

How to 1.pngHow to 2.png

The images shown above are step files that I received, I cannot really attach the ipt. due to company policy but I am able to screenshot it. The software this was originally done on was 3dsMax, thus when I imported it, the model browser was empty.

Thanks

Model one side and Shell.

(Extrude, Fillet, Shell)

If reoccurring need - then create a Punch feature (iFeature).

With a Punch Tool you can size and place as easily as placing Hole features.

(The example I Attached below is not appropriate for a Punch Tool.)

To add to JD...

My first try would be a Punch Feature.

If that failed, then I'd make a Surface and Thicken.
