How to make a intersection curve to a usual sketch to extrude the sketch.

Hey everybody,

I have an Intersection line between a working plane and a part. Now I want this intersectioncurve in a new sketch to use this curve to extrude it to a solid.
I tried some things but most of the time I cant extrude a solid, just surfaces.

In the added picture, the blue line is meaned.

Do you have any ideas?

with kind regards,

Alex

I am not sure I'm following you. Can you share the part or a simplified version of what you are trying to do?

Hi! It looks like the intersection curve (project cut edges) is not closed. To create a solid body, the sketch must be closed. Please share the file here. Forum experts can help take a look.

Many thanks!
