How to make a cross section of parts from content center?

Hi,

I would like to ask how to make a cross section on 3d model of parts from content center? It is quite irritating when these components are not cut by the section line.

Somebody can help me?

It is standard practice to not section components like that.

But there are two ways when it is desired/necessary.

One way is to change options in Tools>Application Options

the second way

is to right click on the component in the assembly.

I only know of the first method, that JD mentioned. I didn't find a right-click option.

But in some cases, CC parts refuse sectioning, even with Section all parts being checked (Tools->Application options->Assembly).

Another possibility is Tools -> Document settings -> Modeling -> Participate in Assembly and Drawing Sections
